If you are not a registered client you will need to contact us over the phone before requesting an appointment or your request will be automatically cancelled.
Kindly note the visit time may vary from the booking time depending on other appointments, traffic etc. We will contact you on the day via text message to give you an ETA. Please make sure you are contactable on the day of your visit.
Please inform us ASAP if you or any people in your household shows any sign of COVID or tested positive so we could reschedule the visit for a time when it is safe for us to enter your premises. Facemasks are no longer mandatory but our staff still will be wearing them during the visit.
Please note, all appointments are payable in full upon booking or latest at the time of the visit. You can pay online or over the phone with a credit or debit card or via bank transfer. If you want to pay by cash please advise us at the time of your booking. We are unable to offer any payment plans and late payments may result in a late payment fee added to your account and your account referred to a debt collection agency.
