At the moment, appointments will be prioritised according to your pet's needs. This will mean an initial consultation either over the phone or via video link.

If, following our phone/video call, I do need to visit your home in person, you will only pay for one initial consultation. I carry out all home visits in a Covid-secure way, with PPE and consults will be undertaken outside wherever possible. I ask that one person only is present with your pet for your appointment and that they wear a mask during the visit. If you are self isolating, have had a positive coronavirus test in the last 14 days, or are unable to wear a mask for the appointment, please let me know before the visit.

If you are shielding and need an appointment, please let me know. I can work out a plan so that you are kept safe and your animal gets the treatment required, without you having to come into contact with me.
